Hey, I used my sister's 24/70mm 1.8 lens. That on its own isn't enough to get such macro shots, so I used a fancy trick, called the Poor Man's Macro! Basically I took the lens OFF The camera, turned it AROUND, and held it in place over the camera as I snapped away. Kind of like looking down a telescope the wrong way.
Here's a youtube video my sister did on it, so you can see what I mean better. :)
